Fair Lawn Students Named To All-Eastern Band, Choir

FAIR LAWN, N.J. — Two Fair Lawn High School students have received prestigious musical honors. One has been selected to the 2017 All-Eastern Band. The other has been named to the All-Eastern Choir.

Elias Rosenberg was named to the All-Eastern Band. Emily Smith-Feldman was named to the All-Eastern Choir.

Rosenberg will perform with the band at the National Association for Music Education's Atlantic City Convention Center in April. The highly-selective band is composed of the top scoring students at the All-State Band level from 11 states and the District of Columbia.

Music teachers Scott Avidon and Allison Caravano have supported and guided Rosenberg and Smith-Feldman through their high school music careers.
