Proposed 5 stories (63.5' where 26' is allowed), on Power Tech property, at Fair Lawn Avenue Bridge. In a designated Flood Area, on the Passaic River! Parking lot laid out so large and emergency trucks need to make U-Turn to back down to building, and no truck fits behind building.
This will have 24 hr lit parking lot, sewer pumps running (below FL's sewer lines), and expected only one person w/one car & no kids, per apartment! If this can go up behind my house--what will be proposed behind yours?
