Affordable Housing Lottery Opens for New Saddle Brook Apartment Community
Applications will be accepted beginning on Tuesday, July 7.

FAIR LAWN, NJ — Applications will soon be accepted for the affordable housing lottery at The Willows at Saddle Brook, a new apartment community offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental units in Saddle Brook.
Under New Jersey's affordable housing requirements, applications will be accepted from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Tuesday, July 7, through Thursday, July 9. Eligible applications will be entered into a random lottery on Thursday, July 16, which will determine the order in which applicants are processed for available apartments.
The development includes affordable two- and three-bedroom units designated at 30%, 50%, and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with monthly rents ranging from $849 to $2,057, depending on unit size and income eligibility.

Preference will be given to households that live or work in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, or Sussex counties. Applicants must meet minimum and maximum income requirements. Officials note that applications will not be accepted before July 7.
Pre-applications are available online and at the leasing office, located at 300 Rosol Lane in Saddle Brook.
