• No More Student Cell Phones In Fair Lawn Schools (tapinto.net) — Fair Lawn public schools will ban student use of cell phones and other personal internet-enabled devices throughout the school day starting with the first day of classes in September 2026. Superintendent Rui Dionisio says the policy aims to boost academic focus, encourage face-to-face socializing, and support a safer school environment, with emergencies handled through school offices instead of student phones.
