FORT LEE, NJ — A man seen in a video riding a flatbed truck on the George Washington Bridge earlier this month has been identified by police.
Port Authority Police arrested Arnesia Crawford, 28, in Fort Lee on Sept. 3 "after he was removed from the back of a flatbed trailer," said a spokesperson for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on Monday.
Footage on social media showed a shirtless man riding atop a truck across the bridge.
Crawford was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct, the spokesperson said. He declined to elaborate.
Crawford was taken to a hospital for further evaluation.
