ANNIE JR. Auditions
Have you ever wanted to star in a production of Annie? Well now is you're chance to star in a high quality and educational production!
After many successful grammar school productions including Shrek, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Into The Woods and many others. Broadway Theater Workshops is pleased to announce its 2015 Grammar School Musical ANNIE JR.
Our grammar school production runs once per year with auditions September 21 and 22 (4:00-6:00). Open to grades 3-8, this program gives students the opportunity to be involved in the makings of a production from beginning to end. We are unique in many ways - including our double casting! Flexible rehearsal schedules and November performance dates (13, 14 and 15) makes this a wonderful fall program. Anyone who registers in cast in the show!
For September auditions, students will need: music for one Broadway ballad and one Broadway up-tempo song. They will be requested to sing 16 bars of each of their chosen songs. Students should have their music (in their key) with them for auditions. They should also wear clothes they can move in and dance shoes, as a choreography segment will be taught.
