Patrons and friends packed Friday for its all-day .

New owners Tony D'Ascoli and Diana Stella took over the familiar Fair Lawn eatery last summer and began full-scale renovations a few months ago.

For one day only, Benny's is bringing back its original menu from the 1980s, so don't miss it if you have a chance to stop by today.

Mayor Jeanne Baratta, Deputy Mayor John Cosgrove, former Mayor Steve Weinstein and various members of the Chamber of Commerce came out to wish Benny's success on its new beginning.
