Families in Fair Lawn and surrounding communities are invited to the <a href="https://careercarnivalforkids.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Career Carnival for Kids</a>&nbsp;"All Careers Tour," a hands-on program designed to introduce young people to a variety of exciting professions in a fun and engaging way. This free event will take place at the Fair Lawn Library (10-01 Fair Lawn Ave) on Sunday, April 26 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm and is perfect for kids in grades 3-8, with plenty of options for older and younger attendees too.
Children, families, educators, and community members will meet Career Guides who will help "spark career curiosity" as kids explore architecture with AIA NJ EPiC and engineering with ASCE; get ready to research with Montclair State University - Wayfinding Lab; consider coding with Code Wiz - Rutherford; discover healthcare careers with Hackensack Meridian Health; investigate public safety with the Fair Lawn Police Department; learn how products get from one place to another with Association for Supply Chain Management; apply their animal science interests with Bergen County Department of Health and Cola's Cold-Blooded World; discuss being a dietitian with ShopRite of Fair Lawn; examine educational options with Growing Nurtured Minds; innovate with AI Ager; contemplate counseling as a profession with Beautiful Journey Counseling; and check out Bergen County 4H’s many offerings.

We have quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items, a special arts &amp; crafts section, live entertainment, kiddie zone, great festival foods &amp; food trucks,&nbsp;and so much more.&nbsp;Local organizations are welcome to join this community event.Kids…Don’t miss this fun event with "FREE" rides all day at the fair 11am-5pm. Compliments of the Borough of Elmwood Park, NJ.As you stroll along stop to have a bite to eat and sit at tables in our live music area. Do not miss the much-awaited Springfest Craft Fair featuring a large Arts &amp; Crafts area and an Antique and Gift Corner on Sunday, May 3, from 10am to 5pm at picturesque Veterans Park, located at Broadway and 3rd Ave. Westwood. Attendees can explore 125 exhibitor booths featuring arts, crafts, antiques, collectibles, and gift items. The event includes pottery, florals, home decor, jewelry, apparel, woodworking, stained glass, resin art, photography, soaps, candles, pet and children's items. Also, chain saw animals, watercolors, mixed media, quilling, train station prints, garden items, homemade baked goods and so much more. 
At the antique corner booths filled with antique &amp; costume jewelry, bric a brac, collectibles, pottery, prints, linens, porcelain, ephemera and more can be seen. The gift corner features a wonderful selection of upscale pocketbooks, clothing, jewelry and other great gift giving items. 
For the foodie’s, festival foods, Italian ice, homemade pretzels, pickles &amp; desserts will be available. You do not want to miss this fun shopping event at this picturesque park.
