Dollar Tree Demolition In Fair Lawn Will Change Traffic Patterns: Officials
Dollar Tree in Fair Lawn will be demolished for redevelopment.
FAIR LAWN, NJ — Workers in Fair Lawn will soon demolish a former Dollar Tree site to make way for new development. In the meantime, traffic patterns will change in the area, officials said last week.
The new Plaza Greene at Radburn Station project, located near the Radburn train station, will soon rise in the area, including housing for residents 55 and over, as well as a food market. The project received approval last year.
The impending demolition and construction will temporarily change some traffic patterns in the area, and move a bus stop, the town said.
