Temple Beth Sholom continues its Jewish Film Series on Sunday afternoons. The series features documentaries and popular films with Jewish themes.
On January 22 at 5:30 pm, the series continues with "Legado- The Jewish Gauchos", an Argentinian film which tells the story of Jews who left pogroms in Ukraine and arrived in Argentina in the late 1800s. Once they landed they became known as the Jewish Gauchos. Rabbi Zeilicovich will discuss life today in these communities, based on his personal experiences there.
