The New Jersey Association of Verismo Opera, Bergen County’s own professional opera company, will perform the new program, Madama Butterfly & Friends, featuring excerpts from Madama Butterfly and other vignettes. Hear Verismo Opera's stars, who will perform in the company's production of Madama Butterfly on Oct. 7, 2012 at the bergenPAC in Englewood, NJ, and Stage Director/Canadian soprano Evelyn La Quaif.
