Fair Lawn-Based Bakery Looking to Hire Production Assistants

Mondelēz International LLC is looking to hire 60 Production Associates in their Fair Lawn Nabisco Bakery by January of 2015.

The Nabisco Bakery in Fair Lawn, NJ is currently hiring Hourly Production Associates as part of a major expansion project. The plant is adding two new lines and converting an existing line to run different products. This is an exciting time to join the team in Fair Lawn! We are looking for highly skilled, motivated individuals who enjoy working in a food production environment.

Job Requirements:
• Required to comply to all safety, quality and cost avoidance opportunities
• Required to be available to work all shifts, including weekends, cleaning shifts and overtime as necessary
• Ability to operate in a high performance work team environment
• Capable of safely lifting 50lbs. on a daily basis
• Adherence to strict manufacturing GMP requirements

Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in operations and/or manufacturing preferred
• Prior experience in Six Sigma environment preferred
• Willingness to learn and train others
• Three (3) years of work experience, ability to communicate (read/write) in English as well as basic knowledge of computers/internet
• High School diploma or GED required; however, college preferred.

• National Career Readiness Certificate, Bronze level or higher preferred
