FAIR LAWN, NJ — Fair Lawn will continue its celebration of America's 250th anniversary with a number of events scheduled for this summer and the rest of the year.

June-July 2026: House Decorating Contest: Prizes for the best decorated house in Fair Lawn.

July 1, 2026: Hamilton Sing Along at Memorial Park
July 5, 2026: America's Potluck
July 8, 2026: The Spirit of America- Public reading of the Declaration on the 250th anniversary of the first public reading. 6 p.m. at Fair Lawn Borough Hall.
July 12 & August 9: Historic Bus/Trolley Tours of Fair Lawn
July 18: Fair Lawn Sunrise Rotary Drum Circle, "Drums of Independence: Fair Lawn 250"
Sep 3- Sep 17: Revolutionary Lives Traveling Exhibition at the Fair Lawn Library
October 2-4: Junior Town Crier Competition for ages 5-18
