Fair Lawn Man Charged With Shoplifting

Timothy Price was caught with $57 worth of goods from CVS, police said.

FAIR LAWN, N.J. — A borough man was charged with shoplifting after he was caught with stolen merchandise from CVS, police said.

Four police officers responded to CVS on River Road Tuesday night on a shoplifting report, said Sgt. Brian Metzler.

Police found Timothy Price, 23, on East 23rd Street in Paterson with $57 worth of unpaid merchandise in his clothes, Metzler said.

Price was charged with shoplifting and released.
