A drop box for donated toys for dogs and cats has been set up at the police department in Fair Lawn.
FAIR LAWN, NJ — The Fair Lawn Police Department and Bergen County Animal Shelter have teamed up for a toy drive for cats and dogs, running now through Nov. 1.
"The toys collected are not only used to keep the animals occupied while at the shelter, but also help older pets rehabilitate so that they can adjust into adoption into a new home," said the department.
Donated toys can be left in the drop box in the main lobby of Fair Lawn Police Headquarters, 8-01 Fair Lawn Ave.
