Fair Lawn Police Department Ride Along Program

Fair Lawn Police Department, in their continued quest to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and the community it serves, will begin providing civilian ride-alongs with sworn Fair Lawn Police Officers.

Interested civilian applicants must be a resident of Fair Lawn, at least 21 years of age & pass a criminal background check before being scheduled for a ride-along.

Ride-alongs will consist of a tour of police headquarters, followed by a 90 minute ride along.

Applications can be picked up at Fair Lawn Police Headquarters, 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue.
