Fair Lawn QuickChek Application Carried To Special Meeting
A gas station would be on the property, along with the convenience store.
FAIR LAWN, NJ — An application for a new QuickChek convenience store and gas station was carried to a special Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting next month.
Coremark Fairlawn LLC is seeking a use variance because the 16-00 River Road property is located in a B-4 business zone. Gas stations are not permitted in those zones, which is why a use variance is required.
The application was first brought before the board Sept. 25. It will be the only application on the Dec. 14 meeting,

No testimony was heard at the Sept. 25 meeting and it was carried to the board's Monday meeting.
