Fair Lawn Street Fair Canceled + Legendary NJ Softball Coach Dies

Legendary high school softball and basketball coach Jeff Horohonich has died at age 60. He coached at Saddle Brook High in 2020.

FAIR LAWN, NJ — Somber news leads the day in much of the Bergen County high school sports world, as legendary North Jersey coach Jeff Horohonich has died at 60. Horohonich is best known for his time spent at schools outside of the Fair Lawn-Saddle Brook area, but garnered career basketball win number 600 with Saddle Brook High School in 2020.

A memorial will be held at Immaculate Conception High School later this evening for "Coach H."
