Improvements to Broadway Bring Enhanced Appearance

Garden State Orthopaedics Associates recently completed their façade renovations of the buildings 28-02, 28-04, 28-06 and 28-12 on Broadway.The Broadway Improvement Corporation (BIC) is very pleased with the façade redesign which incorporated a “Main Street” feel with the use of colors, awnings and signage.The improvements included expansion of space to accommodate more modern medical facilities. New landscape included trees and plantings that enhance the property curb appeal.These and other improvements by property owners along Broadway represent recommendations referenced in the “Broadway Vision Plan.” The plan provides a comprehensive vision for the Broadway two-mile-long thoroughfare.
