Investment Practice of Accounting and Consulting Firm Weber, Shapiro & Company, LLP, Merges with NCM Capital Management, LLC
WS & Co. Partner Mark S. Weber Assumes Additional Role of NCM Principal
WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ, March 9, 2017 – To expand the scope of services and depth of expertise available to its clients, Weber, Shapiro & Company, LLP, Woodcliff Lake, NJ-based accounting and consulting firm (webershapiro.com), is merging its investment and financial planning practice into NCM Capital Management, LLC, Ramsey, NJ (www.ncmcapitalmgmt.com). NCM is an SEC-registered wealth advisory firm specializing in investment strategy and financial planning led by Founder and Principal Nicholas LaVerghetta. As part of the agreement between the two firms, WS & Co. Managing Partner Mark S. Weber, CPA, PFS, CFS, CGMA, will become a Principal of NCM. WS & Co.’s other service lines are not part of the merger.
