Maine Man Caught Shoplifting From Fair Lawn Store: Police
The man was found walking on Broadway Monday night, police said.
FAIR LAWN, NJ — A Maine man was charged with shoplifting after police caught him walking with several unpaid items from CVS Monday night, police said.
Zachary Gagnon, 26, of Clinton, Maine, was arrested after police got a call about shoplifter at CVS just after 6:30 p.m. Monday said Sgt. Brian Metzler.
Police found Gagnon walking on Broadway at 28th Street with $306 in unpaid items from CVS and hypodermic needles in his backpack, Metzler said.

Gagnon was also charged with possession of hypodermic needles and released from police custody.
