FAIR LAWN, NJ — A Bergen County man faces multiple charges after causing a disturbance at a local business before spitting on Fair Lawn police officers while in custody, the department said.
Danson Mugho-Rogers, 26, of Elmwood Park, is charged with defiant trespassing, lewdness and throwing bodily fluids at a law enforcement officer, police announced.
Officers responded to TH Plasma, 23-04 Broadway, after receiving reports that Mugho-Rogers was "causing a disturbance inside the office." Police determined that he had been told not to return to the business after a previous disturbance, but did so anyway, the department said.
