Man Masturbated In Fair Lawn Parking Lot, Punched A Cop: Police

FAIR LAWN, NJ — A man was arrested on Sunday after he masturbated in a Fair Lawn parking lot and punched a police officer, police said.

Amir Boranukov, 22, of Fairfield was charged with lewdness and assault on a police officer, police said Wednesday.

Police said that Officer Victor Urgiles responded to a sauna and spa business on Broadway after someone reported a man harassing customers.

Urgiles encountered Boranukov "masturbating between two vehicles in the parking lot," police said.

Boranukov approached Urgiles and punched him in the face with a closed fist, police said.

He was arrested, charged, and released, police said.
