Paterson Man, Wanted In Wayne, Arrested In Fair Lawn: Blotter
Fair Lawn Police said the arrest was made after officers discovered the man had a warrant in Wayne. He was turned over to Wayne Police.

Forgery: P.O. Brandon Loaiza, P.O. Robert Iozzia & Sgt. Kevin Wood responded to CVS Pharmacy, 24-12 Fair Lawn Avenue, on a report of a male attempting to pick up prescription medication with a suspected fraudulent prescription script. Upon arrival, they found Adhemar Castillo, age 22 of Passaic, with multiple fraudulent scripts for different pharmacies. He was released after being charged with obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud.

Wanted Person: P.O. Tiller Uriarte, P.O. Thomas Check & Det. Chris O’Shaughnessy responded to the area of Dewey Place on a report of a male observed looking into vehicles
parked in driveways. They located Milton Neal, age 41 of Paterson, and arrested him after
an arrest warrant was located out of Wayne. He was handed over to Wayne Police.

Obstruction: P.O. Brad Pindyck, P.O. Timothy Ammann & P.O. Tiller Uriarte responded to THPlasma, 23-04 Broadway, on a report of a customer dispute. Upon arrival, the officers
attempted to speak with the customer, but after numerous attempts of her refusing to
provide identification, Darcea Collins, age 36 of Paterson, was placed under arrest. A New
Jersey driver’s license was found on her at police headquarters. She was released after
being charged with obstruction of the administration of law.

Narcotics: P.O. Geovanny Buitron was patrolling the parking lot of Dunkin’, 32-02 Broadway, when he observed Joseph Countryman, age 33 of Kingston, NY, appear to snort a substance through a rolled-up dollar bill and arrested him after heroin was turned over upon request. He was released after being charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance & possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shoplifting: P.O. Geovanny Buitron, P.O. Luis Vasquez & P.O. Thomas Spear responded to CVS Pharmacy, 18-35 River Road, on a report of a shoplifting in progress and upon arriving and entering the store, arrested Samantha Orsino, age 26 of Fair Lawn, after observing her conceal unpaid merchandise. $214.75 in unpaid items was recovered. She was released after being charged with shoplifting.
