Playing Sports in College Can Be Daunting

Professional coaching can help you get clarity around managing your new busy life in college.

I coach student-athletes going in to college and those who are there already. College can be daunting and you want to find how you can be your best on and off the field. It’s helping you reach your goal.

Performance is not all about the x’s and o’s. It’s how you show up every day. We all see life through our filters and influences like our social life, our physical well-being, our mental and emotional thoughts, etc. These affect how approach everyday tasks and situations.

Often times, we have blocks that get in our way e.g. ”I’m not good enough to play that position”, “I don’t agree with coach”, “gosh my grade on that paper stinks”. We all encounter these stressful situations which may last for only a second. When we are able to have fresh thinking and perspectives it makes us more powerful and productive.
