Police Make Drug, DWI Arrest: Fair Lawn Blotter
One man was arrested for possession while another was charged with driving while intoxicated in separate arrests last week, police said.

Narcotics: P.O. John Rovetto, P.O. Justin DiGuglielmo, P.O. Javier Gutierrez & P.O. Juan Hinojosa had responded to Broadway BRC Day Spa, 24-20 Broadway, on a report of a disturbance when one of the parties involved, Michael Demane, age 23 of Nyack, NY, while being escorted out of the building, had 2 baggies, containing suspected Xanax, fall out of his pocket. He was arrested, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance & resisting arrest, and was released.

Driving While Intoxicated: P.O. Brad Pindyck initiated a motor vehicle stop on Broadway at Summit Avenue after reports of a vehicle striking the jersey barrier and arrested the operator, Joseph Adinolfi, age 30 of North Haven, CT, after he failed a roadside sobriety test. He was released to a responsible adult after being charged with failure to observe a traffic control signal & driving while intoxicated.
