In a field of fourteen general and specialty sports store competitors from the Fair Lawn, Paramus, Ridgewood and Glen Rock area, Gem Sports came out tied with three other locations in this week's intensely close vote. Along with Gem Sports, , Dick's Sporting Goods and all garnered four reader votes.
Gem Sports was chosen as the winner because it was the only establishment of the four located in Fair Lawn, at 36-10 Broadway.
