Saddle Brook Church Hosting Blessing Of The Animals Sept. 3

SADDLE BROOK, NJ — Residents may come and get their animals blessed at Holy Apostles Orthodox Church Sept. 3.

The annual Blessing of the Animals coincides with the ecclesiastical new year, which is a time set aside for reminding people to care for what God has created, the church said.

All pets are welcome. The service will last about 15 minutes.
