Social Media Used To Charge Fair Lawn Juveniles For Pool Damage

Fair Lawn police have charged three Fair Lawn teenagers after "numerous break-ins" at Radburn Pool resulted in damages to the facility.

FAIR LAWN, NJ — Police have identified and charged three Fair Lawn teenagers after they responded to the Radburn Pool on four occasions in late June and early July.

The teenagers, all 15-year-old females, were charged after an investigation into "break-ins" at the pool on June 19, 28, 29 and July 5. On each date, the overnight trespassing included "damage to surveillance cameras, damaged signs, hand sanitizing stations that were damaged and removed from the property [and] a stolen lock box containing keys to the facility," police said.

A police investigation used social media posts and surveillance video to identify the three teenagers, police said.
