1)Construction
of a 24
hour
Gas Station and Convenience Store (environmentally unsound)

2)Construction
under the 1,000 foot limit of our Westmoreland
Elementary School

3)Extension
of the existing lot to include extra parking and eliminate street
parking

4)Monstrous
illuminated signs (30 feet above what is permitted)

The
building of this structure will negatively impact the neighboring
properties by increasing the noise level, increasing the traffic in
an already very congested area and the emission of noxious gas fumes.
We have already seen an increase in crime with the 24 hour BP Gas
Station on River Road with multiple armed robberies, the burglary at
Mavis Tire (directly across the street of proposed site) and the
shooting death of a gas station attendant (a Fair Lawn Resident)
directly over Maple Avenue Bridge.

Please
help us maintain our homes property values, maintain an ecologically
safe area to live in and prevent an increase in crime in our
neighborhood!
