VIDEO: Inside the Kitchen with Award-Winning Chef at Creme De La Crepes

The River Road eatery hosted a special dinner with Fair Lawn home chef Steven Goldstein

Chicken Roulade with ricotta and mushroom sauce. Roasted salmon with gazpacho sauce. An almond crepe with bananas and strawberries. All those dishes and more were on the menu when River Road restaurant hosted a gourmet dinner with award-winning household chef and Fair Lawn resident . 

Goldstein whipped up curried crabcakes with guacamole and lime-cream sauce, the appetizer that won him a $100 Visa gift certificate—as well as recognition among New Jersey chefs—in The Star-Ledger’s Jersey’s Best Home Chef contest.
