Vigil Is Monday For Saddle Brook Teen Who Died Suddenly

SADDLE BROOK, NJ — A vigil is Monday for a Saddle Brook High School student who died Friday.
Andrew Gutierrez died "suddenly and unexpectedly," the borough posted on its Facebook page.
The vigil is from 7 to 9 p.m. at Veteran's Field, 20 Sampson St. Family and friends of Gutierrez ask asked to wear something red, a color Gutierrez particularly loved. A prayer service will be held during the vigil.

Gutierrez was a 10th-grader and the second Saddle Brook High School student to die this year.
Brooke Costanzo was 16 when she died after the SUV she was driving veered off a curve on Fresh Ponds Road in South Brunswick and hit a tree in December. She was a cheerleader and lacrosse player.

People at a vigil for Costanzo said she "just knew how to make everyone smile, no matter what the situation was."
