Theft: On 3/8/21, a victim from Southern Drive reported to police that they discovered fraudulent charges totaling $2345.73 for Apple products that were being delivered to the residence the following day.

On 3/9/21, Det. Chris O’Shaughnessy, Det. Anthony Lugo & Det. Brian Rypkema watched as Cesar Burgos, age 29 of Philadelphia, PA, removed a delivered package from the front steps of the residence and arrested him without incident. He was released after being charged with theft.

Shoplifting: P.O. Michael Franco, P.O. Justin DiGuglielmo, P.O. Juan Rodriguez, P.O. John Rovetto & P.O. Juan Hinojosa responded to the area around CVS Pharmacy, 29-00 Broadway, after a male fled the business with unpaid items ($267.31). Richard Sciarrone, age 25 of Oakland, was found with the unpaid items on Broadway at 26th Street and was arrested without incident. He was released after being charged with shoplifting.
