FAIR LAWN, NJ — Longtime North Jersey favorite Zadies Bake Shop has officially reopened at Fair Lawn Promenade, marking a new chapter for the fourth-generation family-owned kosher bakery nearly two years after a fire destroyed its previous Fair Lawn location.

The bakery is now operating from a 3,233-square-foot state-of-the-art retail and production space at the mixed-use, village-style development on Route 208 and Promenade Boulevard.

Owners Adam, Ann and Ethan Steinberg said the new location has allowed the business to expand its selection of baked goods, including cookies, babkas, cupcakes, artisanal breads, rye breads, challahs and an enhanced dairy line, while continuing to provide the fresh, high-quality products customers have come to expect.

Garden Commercial, the developer of Fair Lawn Promenade, welcomed the bakery as one of the property's newest tenants.
