FLEMINGTON, NJ — Reading-Fleming Intermediate School will host its Family Makers Night and Art Show on Tuesday, June 2, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the school lobby and 100s hallways. Admission is free.
The evening will showcase student artwork alongside STEM and technology projects, with hands-on interactive stations open to families of all ages.
Activities include robotics demonstrations, stop-motion animation, 3D sculpture challenges, digital drawing, pixel art, Glowforge demonstrations, sublimation printing, spirograph patterns, tape casting, pottery demonstrations, and pendulum painting.
Families can also play Scratch video games created by students, try soft circuits, snap circuits and Makey Makeys, explore a Project Runway fashion activity, and participate in "make and take" art and STEM projects to bring home.
The event is presented in partnership with the Flemington-Raritan School District, Hunterdon County Library System, STEM Club, and Pro Tapes.
