FLEMINGTON, NJ — The Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit to seize $100,000 from a Flemington man charged in connection with a romance scam using OnlyFans.
Aaron Falvo in Flemington was charged in April with theft by deception, financial facilitation of criminal activity, and falsifying or tampering with records.
On Monday, the prosecutor's office filed the civil forfeiture complaint in Superior Court on Monday seeking to forfeit an Affinity Credit Union account valued at $3,613.41, a Vanguard brokerage account valued at $227,501.99, an Apple MacBook, an Apple iPad, a 2024 BMW S1000 motorcycle, a 2014 Chevrolet Cruz motorcycle, a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado, a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle, a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle and a 2004 Suzuki DRZ motorcycle.
On Dec. 1, 2025, the victim, a woman, identified in court documents as "A.C." from the United Kingdom, reported a possible online fraud to the Raritan Township Police Department.
The woman reported that she began an online relationship with Falvo on the platform OnlyFans toward the end of 2024, and over the course of the relationship, had given him money for various purposes.
"Initially, A.C. engaged in a transactional relationship with Aaron Falvo where she would pay for sexual content from him. However, around December 2024 and January 2025, communications between A.C. and Aaron Falvo began to change to a more personal and intimate relationship," according to the court documents.
A.C. claims she was led to believe by Falvo that they were in a relationship with a future. A.C. then began sending money to Falvo for both OnlyFans content and personal items she was led to believe were an "investment" in her future with Falvo, according to court documents.
A.C. claimed she was planning to move from the United Kingdom to New Jersey so she and Falvo could live together and share the various things she gave him money to buy.
The complaint says the vehicles and devices were seized on or about March 26 in Raritan Township. It also says the Affinity Credit Union account and Vanguard account were frozen on May 27.
The filing says search warrants for OnlyFans and Discord were approved on Jan. 14, and that OnlyFans later provided media, conversations and financial information.
It also says wire transfers were confirmed through documents from Wise Bank and Affinity Federal Credit Union, including payments that the complaint lists as $11,000 for dental work, $8,000 for a "nightly goal," $51,000 for a pickup truck, $40,000 to support a move and future together, and $6,000 for a motorcycle.
The Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office concluded that all of the bank accounts and vehicles are subject to forfeiture because they were used in "unlawful theft/fraud activities, and/or said property facilitated, or was intended to facilitate, the perpetration of illegal acts."
