Kascik allegedly provided a 13-year-old girl with alcoholic beverages at his Kingwood Township home on March 29, 2025, which led to the victim becoming intoxicated.

It is further alleged that Kascik sexually assaulted the victim while she was intoxicated, said Carroll.
