Alicia is up for adoption at BC Protect & Rescue

Alicia came to BC Protect & Rescue Foundation from a high kill shelter where she was on the euthanasia list.   She had been picked up as a stray and patiently waited for her family to come to rescue her.  Unfortunately, her family never came back for her.  BC Humane Enforcement Agent Vincent Ascolese saw Alicia and wanted to save her in whom he noticed that she is extremely friendly with other dogs and is very affectionate with kids and adults.   Currently Alicia is in a foster home with children and the family just loves her.    Alicia would make a wonderful member to any household that will give her a second chance in life that she deserves and understands all that she has gone through.  She will truly be your next best friend and true to the family.  Volunteers believe Alicia is a Hound Mix and approximately 1 – 2 years of age.  Alicia is up to date on all routine shots and is spayed.

Please call the shelter to set up an appointment to visit Alicia and visit all the other animals up for adoption at BC Protect & Rescue at 301 2nd St., Cliffside Park, NJ 07010.  The volunteer, no-kill, non-profit animal shelter is opened up M – Sa from 11a – 4p and Su by appointment only until further notice.
