Gant was arrested in Fort Lee in August, and searches of his properties reportedly turned up cocaine, a gun, and cash, underscoring ongoing regional drug enforcement activity touching local neighborhoods.
   

• Technologies LLC Lands $9.6M Navy SBIR Order for HFORCE Communication System (envzone.com) — A Fort Lee–based firm, Technologies LLC, has secured a $9.6 million Navy order to further develop and produce its HFORCE communication system, with half the work to be done in town through March 2028. The contract funds twelve initial production kits plus ongoing testing and support, tying Fort Lee's tech sector to a key military communications upgrade.
   

• U.S. Navy buys first HFORCE backup radios that skip satellites (defence-blog.com) — A new $9.6 million U.S. Navy contract will bring significant HFORCE radio system work to Fort Lee, with half of the project's development and production slated to occur here through March 2028.
