
New at the Library : “Chair Yoga”
Need a
break from working at the desk all day? Tired of a workout on a mat? Want to
learn some stress relieve methods when working or prevent joint stiffness at
home? Need modification for mat yoga and want the same benefits? On Saturday January 11th and
Saturday, January 25th at 10am, the Fort Lee Library will host
“Chair Yoga” presented by a Yoga Alliance certificated yoga teacher. Open to
all ages. Admission is free, seating on a first come first serve
basis; however, registration is recommended (201.592.3614, ext 4010). Children
under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
