Community Corner

Flat Rock Brook @ Fort Lee Library

There will be a special presentation on landscape
photography featuring photographer Realf Schermer. Additionally, Flat Rock Brook staff will be on hand to
discuss their environmental education initiatives featuring a very prominent
guest, an American Kestrel. Nature Center Education Director Jill Bennetta will
have the kestrel, a bird of prey in the falcon family, onsite that evening so
attendees can learn about the impressive adaptations and behavior of this
remarkable bird species.  Refreshments
will be served. Admission is free, children under eight must be accompanied by
an adult.
