FREEHOLD, NJ — Here are the vote totals in the contested races in Freehold Township in the 2016 election. Freehold Borough had both council and Board of Education races, but both were uncontested.
Totals are as of 11:15 p.m. These are unofficial results. The results must be certified by election officials.

- WINNER: Barbara J. McMorrow, 8,894, 61.76 percent
- Richard Pelaia, 5,498, 38.18 percent
Freehold Township Board of Education (two seats)
- WINNER: Daniel DiBlasio, 5,787, 23.92 percent
- WINNER: Elena S. O'Sullivan, 6,114, 25.27 percent
- Nicolas Montalto, 4,416, 18.25 percent
- Staci Triandafellos, 3,295, 13.62 percent
- WINNER: Jennifer Patten, 4,509, 18.63 percent
