Community Update

Cathie Barker, Neighbor

I started going to Freehold Boxing and Fitness about a month ago and I am hooked! Imamu and John truly motivate and care about everyone who steps into their gym. They give me the confidence to do things I did not think I could do. Not only are they amazing trainers, they are warm and welcoming. I feel like I have known them for years. I look forward to continue working with Imamu and John!
