FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ -- Several teenagers had to be treated for hyperventilation and heat exhaustion at a concert at iPlay America on Saturday evening, according to reports.
The Neptune Office of Emergency Services tweeted that more than 20 teens had to be treated in the incident, which occurred during the Dolan Twins performance in Warehouse 100 at the facility at 110 Schanck Road, which houses an indoor amusement park as well as a concert facility.

The Dolan Twins, Grayson and Ethan, are "two of the most popular teenage boys in the world," according to the iPlay America weekly update that was distributed Thursday.
"With over 19 million fans between them, some of the highest engagement across social media, and a penchant for hilariously relatable skits about teen life, these 16-year-old creators with model-good looks are the hottest talent around right now," the iPlay America update said.

Officials at iPlay America released a statement on social media about the incident, saying:
"This evening during the Dolan Twins concert at iPlay America, some guests crowded toward the stage which caused some of those who were closest to the stage to panic. Some complained of losing their breath. We alleviated the crowding asap, asking all guests to sit on the floor for the remainder of the concert. As a precaution, ambulances were called to the scene. There were no serious injuries."
Concerts at the facility are held in a separate area from the amusement park. It is an intimate facility, described by the company on its website as 20,000 square feet with a 15-foot, 6-inch-high ceiling with a 32-foot by 20-foot stage. The facility hosts a lot of up-and-coming stars, including a number of stars of Disney's teen shows. The room capacity is 2,450 for standing events, including the concerts, according to the company's tech sheet.
Video tweeted by a fan shows the room jammed with screaming teenagers. It is unclear at what point in the concert the video was taken, however:

Another fan tweeted that patrons who paid for VIP tickets were supposed to be able to get closest to the stage but that they were not able to.
@costd0363 @DolanTwinsInfo they were suppose to let people who payed extra get front row but it was so unorganized it didn't work like that

@RyanJones229 @iPlay_America it was chaos. Everyone was getting hurt and crying including myself. I hope people in hospital get better soon

Ethan Dolan tweeted to fans later saying their response was appreciated, but not everyone was happy.
The fact that you all stayed seated the whole time proves we r the best fandom in the world. We are family and I love you more than anything

@EthanDolan wish I could have stayed. I'm sorry. @iPlay_America made it miserable for me and wouldn't give me my VIP. Wish I could've stayed
