The Italian American Association of Monmouth County will host its 8th annual Italian American Festival from July 9 thru July 12 from 6pm - 11pm
each night. Admission and parking are free. Opening night is bracelet night, pay one price $20 (unlimited rides all night). The event will feature major rides by Majestic Midways, games, craft vendors, italian novelties, entertainment and of course, delicious food. Plenty of entertainment, which includes DJ Mario, Sal Chiarelli, Mike Aromando & his Metropolitan Italian Strolling Bands, John Esposito performing Sinatra songs, Nick Perrone, center of Dance Arts Dance Studio. There will be a 4:30 mass at St. Rose of Lima on Saturday, honoring Mary, Blessed Mother. This will be followed by a procession to the festival featuring Michael Aromando and his Metropolitan Italian Band. It is a great family event and wonderful cultural experience! The organization, which boasts more than 130 members throughout Monmouth County, hosts this event to raise money for its scholarship, charity and cultural events. Visit our website at www.iaaofmc.com
