The theme of this Music Hour, led by Alan Wasserman, is Franz Liszt and the Romantic tradition. Mr. Wasserman will provide some historical and musical background, and will perform some of Liszt's piano pieces. This event is free and designed for the general public, musicians and non-musicains alike.
Alan Wasserman has performed in Europe and in China, maintains a private teaching studio, and is the creator of the Guided Listening Series, a series of CDs that offer commentary before each classical selection.
