Center for Healthy Living at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus Holds Self-Defense Classes for Men & Women of All Ages

Self-Defense for Men & Women of All Ages
Thursdays, May 8 and 22 from 7 to 8 p.m.

Don’t be a target. This ongoing program is for men and women of all ages who want to learn to protect themselves from personal assaults, street attacks and abductions. A black-belt instructor teaches participants to use leverage and balance to stay safe. Offered by Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus, this class is held at the Center for Healthy Living, located at 198 Prospect Street in Lakewood. The cost is $15 for five one-hour classes.
