Board-certified radiologist Kenneth R. Tomkovich, MD, has been selected as chair of the CentraState Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees. Tomkovich had been a board member for nine years and succeeds Kenneth W. Faistl, MD, who remains on the board.
Dr. Tomkovich is the director of breast imaging and interventional radiology for Freehold Radiology Group and CentraState Medical Center where he has been on staff since 1999. He is also a noted speaker, author and educator on breast cancer diagnosis and interventions. His credits include guest lectures on the topic of breast interventions throughout the United States, Canada, Germany and China. A former graduate of Manalapan High School, Dr. Tomkovich and his family live in the community and have done so for more than 35 years.
