FREEHOLD, NJ — The Freehold Borough Planning Board is scheduled to meet Wednesday, March 28, for an ongoing application for a use variance for the former Grace Lutheran Church property.
The property sits in an R7 residential zone. The applicant is 200 Park LLC, a limited liability company.
Grace Lutheran Church has been closed for some time. The property is for sale for $1.8 million, according to Loopnet.com.
