FREEHOLD, NJ — Local charity, Freehold Area Open Door, is urging those who are able to donate to the community food pantry, according to a public statement.

The goal of Freehold Area Open Door is to help the most vulnerable members of the community. They offer daily food help, with no appointment required, along with certain emergency assistance.

According to their website, they can help with evictions, utility shut-offs, and prescription medication, depending on funds available.

Drop off locations for supplies include 39 Throckmorton St in Freehold, The Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine at 61 Georgia Road, and The Knights of Columbus at 70 E Main St.
